Our work brings together corporate marketing experience, nonprofit and community-development leadership, entrepreneurship, and more than 15 years of MWBE, supplier-diversity, and procurement expertise.
This combination allows us to understand both sides of the marketplace: what small businesses need to compete and what government agencies, corporations, and prime contractors expect from qualified vendors and community partners.
Meet Angelina Ramirez
Angelina Ramirez is the Founder and President of The AMBLYN Group, a business strategist, trainer, and advocate committed to expanding opportunities for small and diverse businesses.
She holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from NYU Stern and brings experience from major corporations, including American Express, PepsiCo, and Altria/Philip Morris. She has also served as a nonprofit and community-development executive, leading initiatives focused on economic development, business growth, marketing, and community engagement.
For more than 14 years, Angelina has helped entrepreneurs navigate MWBE certification, strengthen their procurement readiness, market their capabilities, and pursue government and corporate opportunities.
She is also the founder of ConnectSBE, a supplier-growth platform designed to increase the visibility, readiness, and access of small businesses in the procurement marketplace.
A native New Yorker who is bilingual in English and Spanish, Angelina brings corporate insight, community relationships, and firsthand entrepreneurial experience to every engagement.
